I eat a lot how can i loose Weight

it's common that many poeple wantes lose weight but the problem is in over eating or eating a lot. However many poeples think to loose weight they should not eat a lot or reduce the food intake or skip some foods like meal,but i think this is completely wrong because cutting the food intake is not the best solution for losing weight. no food means simply starvation you will not be able to do any thing at home or in work even you will not be able to think about what are talking about, i think the solution is to eat normally try to be patiant instead of eating a big meat in one time make it for 5 times a day this will be so healthy for you the more meat you eat in all the day the more will boost your metabolic process and burn more calories all day long. The important is eat it frequently, If you wait too long for a meal, by the time the food comes, you will be starving and will not be able to control yourself. Eating smaller meals more often helps keep you full, and lets you be in control.
