Period cramps and aches

If you're having period cramps, get something like a big sock (with no match would be even better!) and fill it with rice, then tie off the end, and heat it in the microwave for about 1:30 minutes to 2:00, put it on the spot that hurts and it will help stop the cramping.

You can also take Acetaminophen to help, I don't know if it's supposed to but it helps me.
There are a lot of things that you can do to ease your cramps
Relax muscles.

Take a hot bath or place a hot water bottle on your stomach and lower back. heat sooths the pain and works really well


Breathe deeply and listen to soothing music. try to take your mind off it


Get some exercise. Swimming and walking are good because they are gentle and non-stressful.


Avoid standing for long periods of time if your lower back hurts.


Massage your lower back to relieve tension and pain.


Eat calcium-rich foods such as yogurt or leafy green vegetables.


dont have too much salt, sugar and caffeine.

eating bananas can prevent cramps because they are high in vitk

drinking ginger tea helps.
